Payments are returned to the original payment source. We cannot refund orders to other payment methods.


Product Condition & Return Fees:
Items must be returned in unopened packages for a full refund. Unopened items can be returned for a full refund, minus return and original shipping fees. Opened packages with unused items can be returned within the 30 day window for a 60% refund, minus original and return shipping.


Warranty Terms:

We do not guarantee the outcome quality of fence installations as the outcomes of fencing can vary drastically depending on the installer and their level of experience and attention to detail. Many factors can change the lifespan of a fence and its isntallation components. Therefor our product is sold as-is. Any damages or losses caused by The Fence Clamp are not the responsibility of our company. Although these are standard terms for the fencing industry, please keep these details in mind before purchasing.

We do our best to ship in a timely fashion. Occasionally delays can occur, within our control and outside of our control. Our company is not responsible for losses or damages that result for shipment delays.
